GENERAL FUNCTION
- 4 to 6 year years of experience with the ServiceNow platform, with a focus on ITOM implementations, Service Mapping and Discovery modules
- Certified in CIS -ITSM , CIS - Discovery, CIS - Service Mapping
- Manages and improves ServiceNow Discovery and ServiceNow Services Mapping for on-prem / cloud inventory
- Define configuration items and classes, attributes, data collection, and governance that are important to support other ITSM modules and business objectives
- Hands-on experience in Building and supporting integrations with data sources other than ServiceNow Discovery
- Expertise in Setting up and administration of MID servers
- Create/update/remove Discovery ranges and schedules
- Monitor CMDB health and resolve conflicts between data sources. Interpret Discovery logs and data to diagnose issues.
