ServiceNow Developer/Admin

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow developer/admin to lead our team in India.

Responsibilities:

• Administer the ServiceNow platform across various modules, including ITSM, ITAM, ITOM, CMDB, HRSD, FSM, Workplace Delivery, and EC Pro.
• Develop strong knowledge of Flow Designer, business rules, client/server scripts, and ACLs.
• Design and implement catalog items, approval workflows, dynamic forms, SLAs, and integrations with third-party systems.
• Set up and track metrics like ticket volumes, deflection rates, module usage, and SLA performance.
• Lead instance upgrades, patch management, and clone processes.
• Collaborate with stakeholders from HR, IT, and Facilities to define and streamline workflows.
• Ensure compliance and governance through audit preparation, documentation, and training.
