Job Title: Servicenow Systems Administrator

We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Systems Administrator to provide support for the implementation, maintenance and troubleshooting of IT systems.

• This role involves managing IT system infrastructure and processes related to these systems.
• The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills and experience in implementing, configuring and maintaining Servicenow platform.
• Responsibilities include day-to-day operations, monitoring and problem resolution for all client/server/storage/network devices, mobile devices, etc. Requirements:
• Active TS/SCI clearance is required.
• Bachelor's degree or commensurate experience is a must.
• 9 years of experience as a Systems Administrator in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity is needed.
• 4 years of experience with Service Management (ITSM) is required.
• 2 years of experience with Servicenow platform is required.
• 1 year experience integrating Servicenow with other applications is needed.

Desired qualifications include Servicenow System Administrator certification and DoD 8570 compliance Information Assurance Technical (IAT) Level II certification.
