ServiceNow Engineer Location: Charlotte, NC

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow Engineer to join our team in Charlotte, NC. This role requires hands-on experience in ServiceNow development and customization, with additional knowledge of SDLC and Agile frameworks.

• Design, develop, implement, and support ServiceNow solutions.
• Contribute to the full software development lifecycle, including requirements, design, implementation, testing, and maintenance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.

Required qualifications include 4+ years of experience in Software Engineering or a related field, 4+ years of experience with System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) processes, and 3+ years of hands-on ServiceNow application development experience.

Desired qualifications include 1+ years of experience with risk applications or ServiceNow GRC, 1+ years of experience with Node.js, and strong communication and interpersonal skills. Certifications:

• SE2 – Mid-Level Engineer: (CSA) Certified Systems Administrator, 2–3 years of ServiceNow experience
• SE3 – Senior Engineer: (CAD) Certified Application Developer, 3+ years in ServiceNow Application Development
• SE4 – Lead/Architect: 5+ years of ServiceNow implementation experience, Architecture and Operational Lead-level experience, Archer integration experience is a plus
