Government Contract Analyst Position

We are seeking a highly skilled Government Contract Analyst to support our customer. The position requires an active Top Secret/SCI clearance and the ability to obtain and maintain a Counterintelligence (CI) Polygraph. Main Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to map, engineer, and refine business processes for implementation with ServiceNow.
• Document stakeholder requirements in technical terminology suitable for execution by ServiceNow developers.
• Propose innovative solutions using knowledge of ServiceNow capabilities and recommend software integration points to enhance tool effectiveness.
• Evaluate established processes to identify inefficiencies and recommend modifications to optimize workflows.
• Assist with requirements verification and validation to ensure pending solutions meet original business requirements.
• Develop and brief process documentation to senior stakeholders. Required Qualifications:
• Five or more years of combined experience in DoD/IC process engineering, business analysis, governance, ServiceNow developer/administrator, or similar role.
• One or more ServiceNow certifications.
• Demonstrated expertise in designing, analyzing, and engineering efficient and scalable Enterprise-level business processes. Security Clearance Requirements:
• This position requires U.S. Citizenship and an active DoD TS/SCI clearance with the ability to obtain and maintain a Counterintelligence (CI) Polygraph.
