Job Title: Servicenow Solutions Architect
The Servicenow Solutions Architect is responsible for designing, developing and maintaining the client's IT Service Management (ITSM) and IT Operational Management (ITOM) instance.
- Design and develop custom servicenow solutions
- Troubleshoot platform issues and perform root cause analysis
- Recommend and implement corrective action
Additionally, the Servicenow Solutions Architect will be responsible for administering servicenow and serving as level 2 support. They must have good communication skills and the ability to negotiate in a non-confrontational manner.
The ideal candidate will have at least 5-7 years of experience in configuration, custom scripting and development of servicenow platform modules. They must also have strong technical knowledge and hands-on experience in servicenow business rules, script includes, UI actions, scheduled jobs, client scripts, UI policies, UI pages, UI macros, ACL, workflows, inbound/outbound emails, data source integrations, transform maps, REST/SOAP integration etc.
The Servicenow Solutions Architect will work independently and have a strong desire for high customer satisfaction. They must also have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to use software, hardware, and peripherals related to job responsibilities including MS Office. Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field with 4 years of relevant experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Minimum 5 years' experience in servicenow configuration & administration with strong understanding of servicenow integration solutions Key Responsibilities:
- Design, development and maintenance of the Clients ITSM and ITOM instance
- Core setup, service catalog, workflow administration, reporting, service mapping, discovery, common service data model (CSDM), custom discovery patterns, agent client collector, REST/SOAP and APIs, data imports, and third-party software integration
This role requires occasional work outside of normal business hours. A competitive compensation package will be offered to the successful candidate.
