ServiceNow Manager Job Description
The ideal candidate will be a seasoned professional with a strong background in managing large enterprise systems. With at least five years of experience, you will have the ability to formulate and define specifications for the ServiceNow platform.
This role requires technical leadership skills, including planning, designing, upgrading, installing, testing, implementing, documenting, and maintaining the platform.
- Develop and Implement Platform Modifications
- Provide Coding Standards and Review Content
- Lead Agile-Based Projects
- Evaluate Performance and Debug Software Problems
- Implement Modules and Third-Party Integrations
To be successful in this role, you will require:
- Minimum Five Years of Experience Managing Large Enterprise Systems
- Bachelor's Degree from an Accredited College/University or Equivalent Work Experience
- ServiceNow System Administration Certification and ITIL Certification Preferred
- Experience Leading Teams in the Delivery of Agile-Based Projects
