We are looking for a skilled ServiceNow Developer Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing innovative solutions that help our clients get the most out of their ServiceNow investment.

The ideal candidate is a highly motivated individual with excellent problem-solving skills and experience working with databases, coding, and APIs. They should be excited about the potential of technology and AI to automate work and be willing to learn from our experienced team. Key Responsibilities:

• Customize and configure ServiceNow modules using your knowledge of database management, coding, and APIs.
• Work with senior team members to create and modify Service Portal pages and Workspaces.
• Test and troubleshoot developed solutions to ensure they meet our high standards.
• Document your work and contribute to our team's knowledge base.
• Provide technical support for ServiceNow applications and escalate complex issues as needed.
• Help investigate and resolve minor bugs and incidents.
• Deploy update sets and manage releases in non-production environments.
• Set up and configure basic demo environments.
• Complete any required training and obtain necessary certifications.
