Senior ServiceNow Engineer

Job Description

One of our top clients is seeking a Senior ServiceNow Engineer to support a large government contract. This role plays a vital part in designing, implementing, and customizing workflows and business rules.

• Develop and maintain ServiceNow applications, primarily ITSM, including workflows, UI policies, and automation.
• Integrate ServiceNow with external systems using REST, SOAP, and other APIs; write custom SQL scripts for reporting.
• Troubleshoot and resolve platform issues, debug scripts, and support existing configurations and solutions.
• Document technical processes and configurations, and provide input on module enhancements.
• Apply ITSM and ITIL best practices to design and customize workflows and business rules effectively.
