Senior Developer Role

Join our team as a Senior ServiceNow Developer / Business Systems Analyst to support a strategic HR transformation initiative using ServiceNow HRSD.

This opportunity will involve working on key projects, leading workflow design, and integrating systems for seamless operations. Key Tasks:

• Translate business requirements into detailed technical specifications.
• Build and implement complex ServiceNow workflows.
• Manage user acceptance testing for new features and integrations.
• Work closely with stakeholders to deliver solutions that meet their needs. Requirements:
• 5+ years of experience as a BSA, with at least 2 years in ServiceNow HRSD.
• Strong understanding of HR processes and system integration.
• Proven experience in workflow design and technical documentation.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
