We're seeking highly motivated and customer-focused developers to create cutting-edge service portals with minimum 2+ years of experience in ServiceNow development.

This role involves designing and configuring workflows, reports, and integrations using ServiceNow Development APIs and web technologies (XML, HTML, JavaScript, and Web Services). Key Responsibilities:

• Develop custom service portals with a proven track record of delivering high-quality solutions
• Design and configure complex workflows, reports, and integrations to meet business needs
• Implement Single Sign-on configuration and administration, as well as SQL expertise Requirements:
• Minimum 2+ years' experience with ServiceNow development
• In-depth knowledge of the principles, methods, and techniques used in ServiceNow development
• Experience with gathering requirements, database design schemas, and data modeling
• Enterprise and/or IT Service Management experience
• ServiceNow System Administration experience Desired Skills/Experience:
• Experience supporting Intelligence, DoD, or DHS Customers
• Process development and deployment experience
• Web Service Integration (API Web Services) experience Education:
• BS Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Computer Information Systems, or Computer Systems Engineering degree
• Two years of related work experience may be substituted for each year of degree-level education Certifications:
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator
• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer
• ServiceNow Implementation Specialist Certified
