Key Responsibilities
- Implement and configure ServiceNow applications such as ITSM, ITOM, HR, SecOps, and Service Portal
- Design and develop ServiceNow tables, fields, forms, and access controls
- Create Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, UI Policies, and UI Actions
- Use JavaScript to develop solutions for requirements that cannot be satisfied through configuration
- Develop Scoped Applications using Studio
- Automate activities on the ServiceNow platform leveraging Flow Designer and/or Workflow Engine
- Build data sets and transform maps for importing data from other sources into ServiceNow
- Configure integrations between ServiceNow and other systems through Integration Hub or other capabilities Required Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field
- Previous experience as a ServiceNow administrator, developer, or equivalent role
- Previous scripting/coding experience (JavaScript preferred)
- Active ServiceNow certifications a plus
- Experience with Agile software development and related concepts preferred
- Excellent analytical and creative problem-solving skills
- Technical expertise and ability to design and build applications that meet business goals and objectives
- Self-motivated, creative problem-solver who can adapt to new technologies and evolving customer requirements
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- Effective communication and active listening skills
- Conflict management and resolution skills
