Key Responsibilities

  • Implement and configure ServiceNow applications such as ITSM, ITOM, HR, SecOps, and Service Portal
  • Design and develop ServiceNow tables, fields, forms, and access controls
  • Create Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, UI Policies, and UI Actions
  • Use JavaScript to develop solutions for requirements that cannot be satisfied through configuration
  • Develop Scoped Applications using Studio
  • Automate activities on the ServiceNow platform leveraging Flow Designer and/or Workflow Engine
  • Build data sets and transform maps for importing data from other sources into ServiceNow
  • Configure integrations between ServiceNow and other systems through Integration Hub or other capabilities Required Skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field
  • Previous experience as a ServiceNow administrator, developer, or equivalent role
  • Previous scripting/coding experience (JavaScript preferred)
  • Active ServiceNow certifications a plus
  • Experience with Agile software development and related concepts preferred
  • Excellent analytical and creative problem-solving skills
  • Technical expertise and ability to design and build applications that meet business goals and objectives
  • Self-motivated, creative problem-solver who can adapt to new technologies and evolving customer requirements
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
  • Effective communication and active listening skills
  • Conflict management and resolution skills
