Job Description

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead the direction, engineering, maintenance, enhancement, and automation of our existing infrastructure and supporting processes for the ServiceNow Platform. Required Skills and Qualifications

• 3-5 years of engineering experience with the ServiceNow technology platform or comparable platforms.
• Proficient in using ServiceNow tools for analysis, design, development, and integration with other applications.
• Skilled in configuring ServiceNow Discovery and Orchestration.
• Project management and leadership skills with a proven ability to deliver outcomes on complex service management initiatives.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills to convey technical information at all business levels.
• Proven ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of web technologies, SaaS solutions, and development concepts.
