IT Project Manager - ServiceNow Application Suite

As a ServiceNow program manager, you will oversee the full lifecycle management of IT products within the ServiceNow application suite. Key Responsibilities

• Develop a detailed plan for project execution
• Manage implementation processes, including progress tracking and metrics
• Monitor the change control process, testing, release to production, and delivery
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and within scope
• Manage relationships with stakeholders and third parties
• Measure project performance
• Create and maintain project documentation
• Perform risk management
• Provide regular updates to senior management

This position will be crucial in guiding IT product lifecycles from conception to implementation. Collaborate closely with customers, understand their business objectives, and lead technical discussions to align with their strategic objectives and priorities. Ensure ServiceNow Solution Design is aligned with the business needs while also designing sustainable solutions.
