ServiceNow Platform Solutions Architect

The ServiceNow Solution Architect is responsible for designing, implementing and optimizing solutions within an organization. A key requirement is a deep understanding of the ServiceNow platform and IT service management processes to architect solutions that drive efficiency, automation and innovation.

Responsibilities include designing end-to-end solutions on the ServiceNow platform to meet business objectives, developing technical specifications and architecture diagrams for ServiceNow implementations, and defining and enforcing architectural standards and best practices within the ServiceNow environment.

Additional responsibilities include configuring and customizing the ServiceNow platform to meet specific business needs and workflows, developing ServiceNow components such as workflows, forms, UI policies, business rules and integrations, and implementing and maintaining ServiceNow modules including IT Service Management (ITSM), IT Operations Management (ITOM) and IT Business Management (ITBM).
