We are seeking a seasoned ServiceNow architect to design and implement scalable solutions across multiple modules. The ideal candidate will have in-depth expertise in the ServiceNow platform and a proven track record of delivering complex projects. \ \ Key Responsibilities \

• Solution Architecture & Design:\

\

• Lead the architecture and design of end-to-end ServiceNow solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives and IT strategy.\
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and provide flexible ServiceNow designs.\
• Define and maintain technical roadmaps for ServiceNow deployments and upgrades.\

\

• Leadership & Stakeholder Management:\

\

• Provide leadership and mentorship to junior architects and developers in the ServiceNow environment.\
• Engage with stakeholders to define business requirements and translate them into technical solutions while managing expectations.\
• Develop and enforce security policies and procedures related to ServiceNow.\

\

• Platform Optimization & Best Practices:\

\

• Ensure ServiceNow implementations adhere to best practices for development, security, scalability, and performance.\
• Design and enforce coding standards, system configurations, and governance processes across ServiceNow instances.\
• Oversee integration efforts between ServiceNow and other enterprise systems.\

\

\ Qualifications \

\

• Education:\

\

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.\

\

• Experience:\

\

• 10+ years of experience in IT with 8+ years focused on ServiceNow.\
• Proven track record of designing and delivering complex ServiceNow solutions.\
• In-depth knowledge of ServiceNow modules including ITSM, ITOM, and ITAM.\

\

• Technical Skills:\

\

• Expertise in ServiceNow platform architecture and custom development.\
• Strong proficiency in ServiceNow development tools.\
• Knowledge of integration technologies including REST and SOAP.\
