Senior ServiceNow FSM Developer Opportunity

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow FSM developer to join our team at Tata Consultancy Services. As a key member of our platform development team, you will design, configure, script, and implement technical solutions on the ServiceNow FSM platform.

Certifications:

• Certified Implementation Specialist – FSM certification
• Certifications – ServiceNow CSA, Service Now CAD

Desired Skills:

• At least 2-3 years of experience in implementing ServiceNow FSM projects
• Implemented atleast one complex FSM projects
• Experience working in an Agile development environment is strongly preferred

Key Responsibilities:

• Solid understanding with creating Business Rules, ACL's, Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Macros, UI Scripts, Catalog Forms, etc.
• Automate activities on the ServiceNow platform using Flow Designer and/or Workflow Engine
• Use JavaScript to develop solutions for requirements that can not be satisfied through configuration
• Understanding of the key technologies relevant to the ServiceNow integration solutions including: SSO, SAML, SSL, Web Services, LDAP, JDBC, ODBC, REST, SOAP etc
• Experience with scripting in ServiceNow, with both standard scripting tools and ServiceNow accelerators
• Experience with working or developing with JavaScript-HTML5, Jelly, jQuery and AngularJS a plus
