Job Title: ServiceNow Architect/Architect II

We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow Architect to design and architect ServiceNow solutions tailored to the telecommunications industry. Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, define business processes, and translate them into technical specifications.
• Develop custom applications, modules, and integrations within the ServiceNow platform to streamline telecommunication service management processes.
• Design and implement ServiceNow solutions that meet the needs of our clients. Requirements:
• Minimum of 10 years of experience working with the ServiceNow platform.
• Minimum two years of experience in ServiceNow Telecommunications Service Management (TSM).
• Certified System Administrator (CSA)
• Certified Implementation Specialist in CSM and FSM
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field. Technical Skills:
• Strong understanding of programming fundamentals, including data types, control structures, functions, and object-oriented programming concepts.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, including syntax, DOM manipulation, and asynchronous programming.
• Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and XML, including structure, selectors, and styling.
• Experience with web development frameworks and libraries, such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.
• ServiceNow specific skills, including architecture, data model, table and field structures, scripting, and integration with external systems.
