We are seeking a seasoned consulting leader to propel our global ServiceNow capability forward, delivering exceptional results in the rapidly evolving technology landscape.
About the Opportunity
- Define and execute a strategic vision for ServiceNow globally, fostering collaboration across senior leaders and driving investments, talent, and go-to-market priorities.
- Partner with clients to develop long-term relationships, providing expert guidance on translating business needs into actionable ServiceNow solutions.
- Lead a team of ServiceNow consultants, architects, and developers, inspiring high performance, continuous improvement, and professional growth.
Key Qualifications
- A minimum of 8 years of consulting experience, with expertise in building capabilities, client engagement, client delivery, business development, account management, and partner alliance management.
- Deep domain knowledge in ServiceNow, including proven success in leading ITx-focused implementation projects.
- Active ServiceNow certifications required, with strong leadership skills and ability to inspire teams.
- Strategic thinking, with a bias for action and outcomes.
