As a highly skilled ServiceNow Administrator, you will play a critical role in managing, configuring, and optimizing our ServiceNow platform to drive efficiency and deliver impactful solutions across the business.
- You will be responsible for owning the ServiceNow platform, configuring and maintaining it with a focus on ITSM, ITOM, and ITAM modules.
- You will enable IT excellence by supporting ITSM processes such as Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Knowledge, and Service Catalog, as well as ITOM processes like Discovery, CMDB, Event Management, and Service Mapping.
- You will build and enhance workflows, automation, business rules, client scripts, reports, and dashboards to improve usability and adoption.
- You will collaborate with IT teams and business stakeholders to translate needs into platform solutions, providing technical guidance, training, and support to users.
- You will ensure stability and growth by managing upgrades, troubleshooting issues, and maintaining compliance with best practices, governance, and security standards.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- 3-5 years of hands-on ServiceNow administration experience.
- Strong knowledge of ITSM, ITOM, and ITAM modules.
- Experience managing CMDB, Discovery, and Service Mapping.
- Comfortable with scripting (JavaScript), system integrations, and API usage.
- Familiarity with collaboration tools like Microsoft Teams or Jira is a plus.
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) required; ITSM/ITOM/ITAM certifications are a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving, collaboration, and communication skills.
