KPMG seeks a Senior Associate, ServiceNow to join our Consulting practice. This role involves formulating specifications and modifications for the ServiceNow platform, providing technical leadership, and evaluating platform performance.

  • Define and implement ServiceNow platform specifications aligned with business needs and organizational objectives.
  • Provide coding standards and review content provided by extended development teams.
  • Lead on-shore and off-shore teams to complete agile-based deliverables.
  • Evaluate ServiceNow platform performance, isolate and debug software problems, and recommend solutions.
  • Implement ServiceNow modules and third-party integrations for SecDevOps.
  • Transform business needs into tangible ServiceNow items, creating new modules or using available platform features.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum three years of experience managing enterprise systems, including at least three years of ServiceNow management.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
  • ServiceNow System Administration Certification and ITIL Certification preferred.
  • Experience leading teams in agile project delivery.
  • Ability to customize workflows, Business Rules, and UI Scripts using JavaScript.
  • Travel as needed.
