  • We are seeking a Manager, ServiceNow to join our Consulting practice. Key Responsibilities:

The ideal candidate will formulate and define specifications for the ServiceNow platform, providing technical leadership for planning, designing, and implementing the platform.

  • Define business requirements and apply them to Enterprise objectives
  • Lead on-shore and off-shore teams to complete agile-based deliverables
  • Evaluate platform performance, debug software problems, and make recommendations for resolution
  • Provide subject matter knowledge to the ServiceNow application and implement modules and integrations
  • Transform business needs into tangible items within ServiceNow Qualifications:

The successful candidate will have a minimum of five years of experience managing and maintaining large enterprise systems, including at least three years of experience directly managing the ServiceNow platform.

  • Bachelors degree from an accredited college/university or equivalent work experience
  • ServiceNow System Administration Certification and ITIL Certification preferred
  • Experience leading various size teams in agile-based projects
  • Ability to customize workflows, Business Rules, and UI Scripts using JavaScript
