- We are seeking a Manager, ServiceNow to join our Consulting practice. Key Responsibilities:
The ideal candidate will formulate and define specifications for the ServiceNow platform, providing technical leadership for planning, designing, and implementing the platform.
- Define business requirements and apply them to Enterprise objectives
- Lead on-shore and off-shore teams to complete agile-based deliverables
- Evaluate platform performance, debug software problems, and make recommendations for resolution
- Provide subject matter knowledge to the ServiceNow application and implement modules and integrations
- Transform business needs into tangible items within ServiceNow Qualifications:
The successful candidate will have a minimum of five years of experience managing and maintaining large enterprise systems, including at least three years of experience directly managing the ServiceNow platform.
- Bachelors degree from an accredited college/university or equivalent work experience
- ServiceNow System Administration Certification and ITIL Certification preferred
- Experience leading various size teams in agile-based projects
- Ability to customize workflows, Business Rules, and UI Scripts using JavaScript
