Job Title: Senior ServiceNow Architect

This role oversees the development of ServiceNow's SecOps modules in a new instance. The ideal candidate will have experience defining and leading engineering approaches for solutions at the program or portfolio level.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop the engineering approach for the ServiceNow SecOps solution and collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement it.
• Lead the definition, design, and development of ServiceNow feature configurations across multiple teams.
• Provide thought leadership on ServiceNow development practices and platform capabilities.
• Assume technical oversight for development teams, ensuring adherence to best practices and implementing continuous improvement processes.
• Define the technology tool stack for the ServiceNow SecOps solution within approved technologies.
• Explore state-of-the-art technologies to improve development efficiencies and quality of test/QA coverage.
• Collaborate with IT, Asset Management, and Risk & Compliance teams to ensure alignment of SecOps and core platform processes.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience developing on the ServiceNow platform across multiple modules and core platform capabilities.
• Experience configuring Workspaces, Flows, ACLs, Script Includes, Business Rules, UI Actions/Pages, Forms, Playbooks, Portals, and/or Reports.
• High-level proficiency with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, AJAX development.
• Experience designing, configuring, and developing integrations with the ServiceNow platform, including Scripted REST APIs.
• Familiarity with Agile development practices.
