Senior Associate, ServiceNow

We seek a Sr. Associate, ServiceNow to join our Consulting practice.

• Formulate specifications and modifications for the ServiceNow platform in terms of business needs
• Provide technical leadership for planning, designing, upgrading, installing, testing, implementing, documenting and maintaining the ServiceNow platform
• Lead on-shore and off-shore teams to complete agile-based deliverables
• Evaluate ServiceNow platform performance and debug software problems
• Implement modules and third-party integrations and applications used within the environment to ServiceNow

Qualifications:

• Three years of experience managing large enterprise systems in complex organizations
• Bachelor's degree or eight years equivalent work experience
• ServiceNow System Administration Certification and ITIL Certification preferred
• Experience leading teams in delivery of agile-based projects
• Ability to customize workflows, Business Rules and UI Scripts using JavaScript
