Servicenow Architecture Lead

The Servicenow Architecture Lead oversees the strategic planning, implementation, and management of a comprehensive ServiceNow solution. This includes designing and implementing a robust Configuration Management Database (CMDB) and Common Service Data Model (CSDM).

Main Responsibilities

• Data Governance and Integrity: Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and quality within CMDB/CSDM.
• Team Leadership and Collaboration: Lead a team of experts in implementing and managing CMDB/CSDM.
• Service Dependency and Relationship Management: Define and manage service dependencies and relationships to drive business outcomes.
• Strategy Development and Execution: Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy for CMDB/CSDM implementation and management.
• Governance and Policy Enforcement: Enforce governance policies and procedures to ensure compliance and data integrity.
• Process Improvement and Innovation: Identify and implement improvements to CMDB/CSDM processes and workflows.
• Trend Analysis and Advisory: Stay current with industry trends and advancements in CMDB and CSDM evolution, providing expert advice to inform organizational strategy.

Decision Making Authority

• Lead CMDB/CSDM strategy and implementation for ServiceNow.
• Organize program portfolio of CMDB/CSDM-related activities and project dependencies.
• Approve changes to CMDB/CSDM processes and data models.
• Make decisions on tool configurations and customizations.
• Authorize data quality and integrity initiatives.
