Staff Software Engineer

Job Summary

This role involves developing high-quality, scalable, and reusable code by enforcing best practices around software engineering architecture and processes. The successful candidate will work with product owners to understand detailed requirements and own their code from design through delivery of high-quality products to users. Key Responsibilities

• Build clean, scalable, and reusable code
• Work with product owners to understand detailed requirements

• Strong experience developing custom applications on the ServiceNow platform
• Solid proficiency with JavaScript and working knowledge of Python
• A systems-oriented mindset with hands-on experience in Linux OS environments
• Understanding of data structures, system design, and performance considerations in enterprise software environments
• Strong analytical skills and ability to design and implement scalable solutions
• Ability to manage projects with material technical risk at a team level
• Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about AI integration into work processes
