ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)

Required -

ServiceNow Certifications (Req: CAD, Preferred: CSA, etc.)

Focus: Develop and support ServiceNow modules and operations.

Duties: Development/customization, operations support, module enhancements, onboarding activities, troubleshooting.

Skills: ServiceNow development experience, module/integration know-how, analytical and technical problem-solving
