We are seeking a talented QA engineer to join our development team and lead QA and testing efforts for ServiceNow platform enhancements and integrations with other systems.

This role is ideal for someone with expertise in ServiceNow and Automated Test Framework (ATF) who thrives in a fast-paced, agile environment and is passionate about driving quality through automation and continuous testing practices.

Main Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain automated test cases using ServiceNow's Automated Test Framework (ATF).
• Build and maintain test scripts for human testers to use.
• Perform both unit and end-to-end testing of solutions built on the ServiceNow platform, as well as within those external systems.
• Collaborate with architects, developers, product owners, and QA team members to define test strategies and ensure comprehensive test coverage.
• Take the lead on pre-emptively building tools and testing automation, as well as scheduling and performing testing.
• Participate in sprint planning, backlog grooming, and daily stand-ups to ensure QA alignment with development goals.
• Drive adoption of continuous testing practices across the ServiceNow development lifecycle.
• Analyze test results, identify root causes, and work with cross-functional teams to resolve issues.
