- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deploy ServiceNow applications and enhancements.
- Engage directly with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable, maintainable solutions.
- Configure, customize, and maintain ServiceNow applications, modules, workflows, and integrations to meet business needs.
The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience in IT, with hands-on ServiceNow or similar ticketing tool experience. They should possess strong communication skills, high attention to detail, and effective problem-solving abilities. Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot and resolve ServiceNow platform issues, optimizing performance and usability.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications, test plans, and user guides.
- Stay current with ServiceNow releases and updates to leverage new features and capabilities.
