At SilverEdge, we are seeking a skilled ServiceNow Developer/Administrator to join our dynamic team. This individual will play a pivotal role in developing innovative and effective solutions for our Department of Defense (DoD) customers within the Intelligence Community (IC) sector. Role Overview:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deploy ServiceNow applications and enhancements.
  • Engage directly with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable, maintainable solutions.
  • Configure, customize, and maintain ServiceNow applications, modules, workflows, and integrations to meet business needs.

The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience in IT, with hands-on ServiceNow or similar ticketing tool experience. They should possess strong communication skills, high attention to detail, and effective problem-solving abilities. Responsibilities:

  • Troubleshoot and resolve ServiceNow platform issues, optimizing performance and usability.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications, test plans, and user guides.
  • Stay current with ServiceNow releases and updates to leverage new features and capabilities.
