ServiceNow Software Developer: An HR Service Delivery Specialist Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify end-user requirements and develop system enhancements.
• Design and build software solutions that improve efficiency and effectiveness of HR services.
• Customize and configure HRSD components, including record producers, notifications, client scripts, and business rules.
• Develop custom integrations between HR systems using RESTful APIs, SOAP, and other web services.
• Automate processes to enhance data flow and integration between ServiceNow and external systems.
• Perform testing (manual, automated, functional, performance, integration, regression, load, and stress testing) to ensure HR software tools and processes operate efficiently.
• Document technical details to guide future software development projects.
• Build RaaS solutions, create dashboards, and generate reports to track key HR metrics and analyze data for decision-making. Requirements:
• Proven experience as a ServiceNow Developer with a focus on HRSD or related ServiceNow modules.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide API, HTML/CSS, RESTful APIs, XML, and JSON.
• Strong understanding of process automation, integration strategies, and workflow management in the HR context.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills with a focus on improving user experience and operational efficiency.
