Job Description:

Our team is seeking a skilled ServiceNow CMDB Developer to join our Bausch Pharma IT team. This role will be responsible for executing and continuously improving the IT Configuration framework, with opportunities to innovate and adapt to a continually changing technical environment.

  • Execute and continuously improve the IT Configuration framework, including governance and control standards, processes, and procedures.
  • Manage ServiceNow Discovery/ETL jobs, Application service models, define and monitor CI data health reports dashboards, build CMDB data integrations, and automated orchestration workflows.
  • Work with application and data owners towards data standardization and common data model, maintain, and ensure adherence with CMDB technical design standards.
  • Communicate effectively with business stakeholders and technical team members, support other ITSM processes such as Incident, Change, and Asset Management to consistently align to CMDB process and data requirements.
  • Understand existing application functionality, document and create solution design and deployment documents.
  • Proven ability in data analysis and design techniques, including accessing external data repositories, data drift reporting, quantitative methods, and data reconciliation.

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of experience working with designing and developing technical solutions for ServiceNow CMDB, experience with core ServiceNow applications and related modules, including REST APIs and integrations.
  • Experience in Agile SCRUM methodology and delivery.
  • Web development and familiarity with scripting languages, including JavaScript, JQuery, HTML, and CSS.
  • ServiceNow certifications - System Administrator and Implementation Specialist.
  • Keen understanding of ITIL framework and industry best practices with ITIL v3 or v4 certification.
  • Able to work in a team environment, prioritizing deliverables in a changing landscape.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
