Job Overview

As a seasoned ServiceNow Architect, you will be responsible for leading the strategic direction of our ServiceNow application. Your expertise in architecting solutions within the ServiceNow platform is crucial to driving the technical health and integrity of our instance.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement architectural blueprints that align with enterprise standards and objectives.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure solutions meet business requirements and adhere to best practices.
• Drive instance health by reviewing and remediating configurations that deviate from ServiceNow standards.
• Evaluate and address performance, stability, scalability, and extensibility issues proactively.
• Serve as a thought leader, influencing and developing scalable strategies, frameworks, and architectures.

Requirements

• High school diploma/GED with 2 years of experience or Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree required.
• 7 years of experience with at least 5+ years in architecting solutions in the ServiceNow platform.
• Experience with ITSM, CMDB, ITOM products in ServiceNow is required.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree preferred.
• 10 years of experience in architecting solutions in the ServiceNow platform.
• Leadership or management experience required.
