This highly skilled role involves designing and implementing Human Resource (HR) solutions using ServiceNow HRSD modules. The ideal candidate will focus on optimizing HR workflows, case management, and employee service centers to drive business growth. Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop HRSD solutions that align with business goals and scalability requirements.
• Lead discovery, design, build, test, and deployment activities for HRSD projects.
• Collaborate closely with HR business leaders, HR partners, and IT teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Develop tailored communication plans for internal partners at all levels.
• Facilitate long-range planning and annual operation planning exercises to prioritize projects and enhancements. Requirements:
• At least 5 years of experience in implementing ServiceNow HRSD modules, with a strong focus on stakeholder management.
• Proven experience working in large cross-functional team environments and managing stakeholder relationships.
• Knowledge of integrations between ServiceNow HRSD and other enterprise HR systems.
