Technical Solution Architect

We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow Technical Solution Architect to lead the design, development, and implementation of ServiceNow solutions. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of ServiceNow and ITSM frameworks, experience with SolarWinds integration into ServiceNow, and exceptional leadership skills to drive project success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of ServiceNow solutions aligned with ITSM frameworks
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate ServiceNow with SolarWinds and other enterprise tools
• Develop and maintain technical standards for ServiceNow development and integration projects
• Provide guidance on technical architecture and solution design
• Develop and deliver training programs for ServiceNow application users
• Perform system and data analysis to identify opportunities for improvement
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements
• Document technical processes and present complex solutions clearly

Requirements:

• Advanced degree in Computer Science or related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in ServiceNow development, customization, and integration
• Demonstrated expertise in ITSM frameworks
• Hands-on experience with SolarWinds and its integration with ServiceNow
• Strong leadership skills and ability to drive project success
• Excellent English communication skills
