• Designing, developing, and implementing ServiceNow applications and modules.">">
• Maintaining ServiceNow workflows, UI components, Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, and Flow Designer processes.">">
• Developing and optimizing full-stack applications within ServiceNow, leveraging modern frameworks such as JavaScript and React.">">
• Implementing and maintaining REST/SOAP APIs for ServiceNow to communicate with external systems.">">
• Leading the configuration, customization, and deployment of ServiceNow applications, including ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, SecOps, and other modules.">">
• Ensuring compliance with ServiceNow best practices, security standards, and performance optimization.">">
