Senior ServiceNow Developer

Job Title: Senior ServiceNow Developer / Business Systems Analyst (BSA)

Are you an experienced ServiceNow developer looking for a new challenge? We're seeking a seasoned professional to support a strategic HR transformation initiative leveraging ServiceNow HRSD.

About the Role:

• Translate business requirements into technical specifications
• Design and build complex ServiceNow HRSD workflows
• Document integration requirements and data flows across systems
• Collaborate with implementation specialists to hand off configuration-ready documentation
• Drive and manage User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
• Partner with the Product Manager to ensure alignment between business goals and technical delivery
• Map end-to-end data flows and system interactions across HR platforms

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience as a BSA, with at least 2 years in ServiceNow HRSD
• Strong understanding of HR processes and systems integration
• Proven experience in workflow design and technical documentation
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience with UAT planning and execution
