The ideal candidate must be a US citizen or Green Card holder.

We seek a highly skilled ServiceNow Developer for our Chicago office. This role involves maintaining and enhancing existing ServiceNow applications, as well as implementing and developing new applications on the platform.

The ideal candidate will have prior experience implementing and deploying core ITSM applications (Incident, Problem, Change) and developing solutions that leverage automation and integration capabilities.

You will work as a ServiceNow expert on SNOW projects for various clients, supporting, maintaining and enhancing the ServiceNow application.

This is a full-time employment position with normal business hours onsite and remote at client locations.

You will join a collaborative team focused on delivering high value to its customers. Requirements

• Demonstrate expert knowledge of the ServiceNow toolset and integrations with related systems.
• Develop, maintain and enhance applications on the ServiceNow platform.
• Support clients in ServiceNow operations like User/Group administration, reporting, Metrics, SLAs etc.
• Leverage proven technology approaches to solve challenging business problems.
• Provide technical assessments, written documentation and technical expertise.
• Be available to travel and work remotely to support issues impacting ServiceNow or its related systems. Benefits
