ServiceNow Specialist

Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented ServiceNow Configuration Specialist to support platform configuration efforts. Key Responsibilities:

• Configure the ServiceNow platform using standardized templates and established guidelines.
• Adjust configurations to meet specific business requirements while minimizing custom development.
• Collaborate with Process Improvement Team members to interpret and apply configuration templates.
• Enhance SharePoint functionality to improve usability and performance.
• Support the migration and integration of content from SharePoint to Microsoft Teams.
• Provide end-user support and troubleshoot issues related to ServiceNow and SharePoint.
• Maintain accurate documentation of configurations, system processes, and updates.
• Monitor system performance to ensure platform stability and efficiency. Required Skills:
• Hands-on experience configuring and supporting ServiceNow.
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow and SharePoint architecture and functionalities.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to collaborate effectively within cross-functional teams.
• Clear and effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Teams and its integration with SharePoint.
