Technical Leader Role
We are seeking a technical leader to join our digital technology organization in a hybrid work opportunity. This individual will provide technical leadership, resolve design issues, and guide the development teams across multiple time zones.
- Translate complex business needs into clear technical designs and lead the development team in building and implementing solutions that meet approved designs and requirements.
- Design and develop integrations between ServiceNow and third-party systems, leveraging artificial intelligence and translating design documentation into actionable technical tasks for the development team.
- Conduct code reviews to ensure all deliverables meet quality, security, and maintainability standards, providing constructive feedback to developers and guiding them toward improved coding practices. Requirements
- Minimum eight years of recent experience in ServiceNow development and architecture, with extensive experience as a ServiceNow developer and/or technical leader with hands-on development, configuration, and advanced capabilities.
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university is preferred; certifications in ServiceNow System Administration and ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) are preferred.
- Proficiency in JavaScript, GlideScript, HTML, CSS, and related technologies.
- Strong knowledge of ServiceNow platform capabilities, modules, and features; Experience with IT Service Management (ITSM), IT Operations Management (ITOM), Human Resources Service Delivery (HRSD).
