Key Responsibilities:
- Develop full-stack solutions or automated systems.
- Lead the development and execution of ServiceNow roadmaps, defined and approved by clients.
- Configure and maintain the platform with performance optimization, leading team members in these efforts.
- Create and present implementation plans for review and approval by program leadership and clients.
- Provide regular reports on technical progress, potential risks, and issue resolution plans to stakeholders.
- Represent Leidos as a technical expert to partner teams and clients.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an agile environment to define user stories and tasks.
- Implement integrations and REST API automation.
- Apply agile development practices and automate testing using ServiceNow ATF.
- Work with JavaScript or similar scripting languages and develop web applications.
- Attend customer meetings and provide technical input to enhance code quality and processes.
- Support junior/mid-level developers and contribute to functional strategy through new solution development.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field.
- Master's or Doctorate degree may substitute for required experience.
- Experience with multiple ServiceNow product implementations and development.
- Scripting expertise on the ServiceNow platform.
- ServiceNow platform support and administration experience.
- Proficiency with various features and functionalities of the ServiceNow platform.
- Thought leadership in design and implementation of new solutions involving ServiceNow products.
- Agile practice experience (e.g. SAFE, Scrum).
- Public Trust clearance.
- Certification in one of the following areas: SAM, HAM, CMDB, or ITOM.
