As a ServiceNOW Administrator, you will play a critical role in operationalizing and administering our existing Configuration Management Database (CMDB). This position requires a subject matter expert in ServiceNow and project lead for several ServiceNow projects. You will be responsible for coordinating and training technical resources, aiding in researching and resolving conflicts and other issues in the CMDB. Duties, Scope of Work, and/or Milestones
The primary role will be to:
- Create an assessment of needs for existing CMDB
- Create Project Plan to Operationalize existing CMDB
- Develop First Draft of CMDB Process Plan
- Create First draft of Resource Manager Dashboard
- Finalize Final draft of Dashboard and all required reports
You will also be responsible for:
- Coordinating with ServiceNow support team on new or modified applications within the platform
- Planning and developing test data to validate new or modified applications within the platform
- Evaluating alternative solutions and recommending and implementing appropriate applications design
- Interviewing functional and technical staff to gather documentation required for analysis of current system application requirements
This is an onsite only position requiring a minimum of three years' experience as a Project Lead for ServiceNow implementation and Administration, with minimal supervision. You must have hands-on experience with implementation of Resource Manager/Time Sheet Portal, Project Management modules and reporting/dashboard creation.
