Job Summary

As a ServiceNow Administrator and Project Lead, you will be responsible for operationalizing and administering our existing CMDB. This includes coordinating and training technical resources, researching and resolving conflicts and other issues in the CMDB.

The role also involves finalizing the rollout of Resource Manager, including building complex reports and dashboards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create an assessment of needs for existing CMDB within 2 weeks
  • Develop a Project Plan to Operationalize existing CMDB within 1 month
  • Deliver a First Draft of CMDB Process Plan within 60 days
  • Design a First draft of Resource Manager Dashboard within two weeks
  • Finalize the dashboard and all required reports within 1 month
  • Lead meetings daily/weekly and send meeting notes within 24 hours
  • Meet timelines and deliverables as indicated in project plans
  • Report roadblocks to supervisors by Wednesday project meetings

Requirements

  • 3+ years experience as a Project Lead for ServiceNow implementation and administration
  • 3+ years experience as a ServiceNow Administrator managing day-to-day administration for CMDB
  • Experience integrating and managing multiple third-party data sources for CMDB
  • Hands-on experience with Resource Manager/Time Sheet Portal, Project Management modules, and reporting/dashboard creation

Preferred Skills

  • Project Manager experience leading similar projects
  • Experience in ServiceNow development, integration, and implementation in the government sector
