HRSD ServiceNow Administrator, Consultant

Job Description

Your Role: As a ServiceNow Administrator, you will be responsible for building, supporting, and maintaining the ServiceNow platform within the company.

You are technologically savvy, quick, results oriented, creative, and curious about the best use of technology to improve effectiveness, efficiency, and feel of the work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build, support, and maintain the ServiceNow platform
• Optimize the platform for use with existing toolsets
• Develop strong business acumen and knowledge of healthcare and configuration management database concepts and principles
• Work closely with technical and non-technical audiences to communicate project goals and objectives

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• At least 7 years of prior relevant experience
• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow HRSD, IT Service Management processes, Application Portfolio Management (APM) Service Catalog development, CMDB knowledge, and Knowledge Management
• Experience working with integration to 3rd party application API's, REST/AJAX, Web Services, and Integration hub highly desired
