ServiceNow Application Developer (Hybrid in Tampa, FL) St. Petersburg, FL

Duties: Serve as a point of contact for ServiceNow support partnering with IT teams for problem-solving in the system and conducting follow up sessions with teams to ensure that the problem was solved.

Assist in developing ServiceNow solutions roadmap for system improvements and enhancements that is in alignment with the broader IT project initiatives.

Identify gaps and improvements that are needed for the system.

Create, improve and enhance requirements.

Develop and manage KPIs and metrics for portfolios, projects, resource management and time sheets.

Support with reports and dashboards on all ServiceNow initiatives.

Assist in developing and facilitating ServiceNow trainings for all end users.

Skills: Experience with ServiceNow functionalities required.

3+ years of experience on roles assisting with improvement of systems and/or managing and configuring of business systems; if Bachelor's degree then 2+ years of experience.

Experience with service delivery model business processes.
