- Designing, developing, and managing custom applications within ServiceNow.
- Scripted REST APIs integration with ServiceNow and other enterprise systems.
- Collaborating with Product Management and stakeholders to address business challenges.
- Integrating ServiceNow with multiple enterprise systems for seamless interoperability.
- Contributing to Agile development processes.
- Mentoring junior developers and peers in technical leadership.
- Ensuring the performance, reliability, and maintainability of deployed solutions.
- Staying up-to-date with platform capabilities and industry trends. Requirements and Qualifications
- A bachelor's degree in a relevant field and 4 years' experience.
- Prior experience as a Senior ServiceNow Developer is required.
- Familiarity with ServiceNow's Common Service Data Model (CSDM) and ITSM best practices.
- Experience with scoped applications and automated pipelines for code releases.
- Proficiency in Python programming for scripting and automation.
- Solid understanding of Agile methodologies and DevOps principles.
