ServiceNow Architect Position

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Architect to join our team. In this key role, you will design and architect ServiceNow modules to meet business needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the overall architecture and platform strategy, ensuring alignment with business goals and best practices.
• Work with stakeholders to gather requirements, create high-level design documentation, and translate into actionable development plans.
• Define and govern platform architecture standards, integration patterns, and development best practices.
• Provide technical guidance to ServiceNow developers and administrators.
• Integrate ServiceNow with other enterprise systems.
• Conduct code and design reviews to ensure quality and maintainability.
• Manage platform performance, scalability, and maintain security compliance.
• Stay up to date with ServiceNow product releases and enhancements, and lead upgrade efforts.
• Collaborate with project managers, business analysts, and other IT teams to deliver end-to-end solutions.
