Business Analyst for ServiceNow

We are seeking a business analyst with expertise in ServiceNow to join our team and support the development of high-quality service portals.

The ideal candidate will have experience working with ServiceNow, designing modern user experiences, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver successful portal enhancements.

• Designing and implementing requirements for ServiceNow service portals across multiple modules.
• Working closely with stakeholders and developers to define functional specifications and ensure successful delivery of portal features.
• Developing strong knowledge of ServiceNow portal architecture, widget functionality, and best practices for designing modern user experiences.

Requirements:

• 4+ years' experience as a business analyst.
• 2+ years' experience working with the ServiceNow platform.
• Experience supporting or delivering solutions across multiple ServiceNow modules.
• Ability to interact with subject matter experts, stakeholders, developers, and internal customers.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow portal architecture and widget functionality.
• Familiarity with ServiceNow data model and key tables used in portals.
• Experience designing modern user-friendly experiences for ServiceNow service portals.
