ServiceNow Administration Specialist

Job Overview

Administering the ServiceNow Knowledge Base and Service Catalog is a key responsibility for this role.

• Configure out-of-the-box workflows and create/maintain custom workflows in ServiceNow
• Configure application related fields, forms, views, email notifications, acceptance roles, and access controls
• Integrate ServiceNow applications with third-party systems/applications via APIs
• Bachelor's degree (or equivalent knowledge) in Computer Science or related field
• ServiceNow Fundamentals Certification
• Typically requires 3 years' experience with ServiceNow in development of workflows, custom web services, custom notifications, assessments, and custom apps
