ServiceNow Expert Consultant with deep experience in HR implementations, including Employment Center, HR Self-Service, and integration with Workday. The ideal candidate will lead and support the design, configuration, and deployment of ServiceNow HRSD modules, ensuring seamless user experiences and robust integrations across enterprise systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end ServiceNow HRSD implementations, including Employment Center and HR Case Management.
• Configure and optimize HR Self-Service portals, knowledge bases, and lifecycle events.
• Design and implement Workday integrations using IntegrationHub, APIs, and middleware platforms.
• Collaborate with HR, IT, and business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable ServiceNow solutions.
• Ensure compliance with data privacy, security, and governance standards across HR systems.
• Conduct system testing, UAT coordination, and post-deployment support.
• Provide expert guidance on best practices, platform upgrades, and performance optimization.

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow, including HRSD modules.
• Proven track record in HR system implementations and Workday integration projects.
• Strong understanding of HR processes, workflows, and employee lifecycle management.
• Experience with IntegrationHub, REST/SOAP APIs, and third-party connectors.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and HRSD Implementation Specialist preferred.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
