The ServiceNow developer is a technical expert responsible for administering, developing and enhancing ServiceNow solutions.

• Administer, maintain and troubleshoot the ServiceNow platform to ensure high-quality solutions are delivered.
• Develop and configure workflows, business rules, scripts and UI policies to support service management processes.
• Integrate ServiceNow with third-party systems via APIs/web services to enhance system stability and data integrity. Key Skills and Qualifications:
• 8+ years of experience as a ServiceNow developer.
• Strong skills in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, XML and AngularJS.
• Experience with integrations, cloud/on-premises solutions, AJAX and JSON.
• Knowledge of ITIL and IT Service Management principles.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
